SUBSTITUTION/CANCELLATION POLICY: Receipt of a registration form with full payment will be regarded as a firm booking and as acceptance of the conditions stated. If, for any reason, a delegate is unable to attend the conference, payment of fees still apply. The following policy applies: Cancellation prior to August 20, 2010: Cancellation after August 20, 2010: *A $100 fee will be deducted from your refund for processing each registration cancellation on or before August 20, 2010 (5:00 pm EST USA). Substitute delegates can be made at any time. Name changes or cancellations must be received in writing via email or FAX transmission. |
